1. Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us with a clear statement via email: [Insert Email].

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Products made to your specifications or personalised items

• Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life

• Health, hygiene, or safety products that were unsealed after delivery

• Products that are inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds

 Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot issue a refund without receipt or proof of return.
